KROGER REFRESH CAMPAIGN

Conceptualized and executed a new look, tone, and feel for Kroger’s 2016 enterprise-wide Refresh campaign, spanning 2,800 Kroger and Banner stores nationwide. The campaign translated the company’s “Big Bet” messaging and pricing programs into emotive, customer-focused communications that reinforced why Kroger is the preferred shopping destination.

Creative assets were applied across all marketing channels, including the weekly circular, web, TV, out-of-home, and social, requiring close collaboration with multiple creative and marketing teams.

The campaign resulted in increased store visits, higher sales, and improved customer understanding of Kroger’s brand values.
